LIVE Workshop – Science of Cookies – Dec-2nd

$ 10,00

Join us for a live workshop on the Science of Cookies on December 2nd at 5pm (CEST) / 11am (EST) / 8am (PST).

If any time of the year is the time for baking cookies 🍪🍪🍪🍪 , it’s now! Join us for an online hour packed full of cookies, science, and deliciousness!

Agenda
There’s way more science to cookies than we can possibly discuss in one hour (it’s why we wrote a range of posts on the topic!). For this workshop we’ll focus on (it’s a draft, we might shift around some topics based on requests):

  • The role of butter, sugar & flour in most cookies (using shortbread as an example)
  • How to experiment with cookies (you could teach a whole science class just on cookies!)
  • We’ll analyze a few different types of cookies and why they are the way they are

It’s going to be interactive with plenty of time to ask questions❓. And, don’t forget to bring some cookies to munch on 🍪🍪🍪!

Have a pressing question you’d like to have answered? Let us know in advance and we’ll try to incorporate it into the class!
